Unhealed trauma can show up as with tough emotions, stress, anxiety, anger, depression, grief, sadness, addictions, painful relationships, and issues in the body, including disease. Most humans are healing personal trauma, which happened sometime in one’s life, or ancestral trauma, which happened to previous generations. Scientists have proven that trauma can live in the DNA up to 14 generations – until someone heals it. As the body is stuck in “Fight, Flight or Freeze” mode, I will work on releasing the trauma stuck in your energy field In this reset and release session. This will include a realignment of your chakras. You will leave with a deepening practice to help you integrate the healing.
